I got a notification for this post

But I'm not in the article or thread. Then when I went to reply, there was about 20 people already tagged.

I'll check with my admin to see about updating, so I can verify if this is a fixed or outstanding issue.

(The notification has been received on the Pleroma account, not on Plume)

May be related to the fact that we put all followers in the to field, while they should probably go in cc.

Or we should just send the activity to their inbox, with the public visibility as the only to element…
