Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It is hard to find a specific user or blog, and thus to start federating on new instances (you have to enter the URL manually).

Describe the solution you'd like

Being able to search users or blogs with their FQN or ActivityPub ID would be great.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None, but this seems a good solution, as it is what Mastodon and Pleroma does, and probably what most people expect.
