Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Some specific instances may tolerate untagged NSFW media, while most won't (and there are probably other use cases for this feature, but this is the only one I can see right now).

Describe the solution you'd like

Being able to reject all media from a specific in the admin interface, without totally blocking this instance. Or at least to mark all media from this instance as sensitive.
