You can't tell your admin that there is an issue with someone, so that they can act in consequence.

Describe the solution you'd like

A button to report someone to your admins (and why not to admin on other instances, I don't know how federated reports work exactly, but we should definitely implement them), with a message explaining what the issue is.

Maybe, this button should be present under comments/posts and not only profile, and if you use if from here, the post/comment is shown along your message?
