[BUG] Plume append its domain name when clicking to follow on fediverse on non-local user to third party server #890

Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://palom.be/
Go to federated feeds and click to the user "actapopuli"
Click to follow (or subscribe?)
Insert amreo@amreolog.duckdns.org in the right textbox where there is the label "I'm in another instance"
Click to continue to your instance

amreolog.duckdns.org instance will say "Page not found" because the url is https://amreolog.duckdns.org/remote_interact?target=actapopuli@fediverse.blog@fediverse.blog

I expected that palom.be plume instance (or my instance?) doesn't append @fediverse.blog
