It looks like there was a bug with your cargo/rust/rustup setup that prevented it from using the correct version, because even `rustc 1.42.0-nightly (8a87b945b 2020-01-14)` seems quite outdated to me. I will close this for now, but if anyone has the same issue, maybe the bug is on our side.

It looks like it is not a nightly version. Have you installed Rust via rustup or via system packages?
